Scott Marchio is a problem solver with a wealth of experience in the
design, execution, and management of projects, primarily in
commercial markets. His responsibilities have included production,
design, oversight of project teams and maintaining effective
customer relationships. His background consists of pre- and post-lease
services in corporate interior design as well as industrial,
healthcare, hospitality, retail, governmental, and landscape
projects.

Mr. Marchio’s background spans from analytical analysis to
creative, conceptual design and covers the full range of services
within. His cost-effective solutions draw upon an extensive
knowledge of products and best practice within the industry.

Mr. Marchio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami
University (Ohio) and he is a LEED Accredited Professional with a
specialty in Commercial Interiors.
